Support that grows with every young person
From full-time residential care to the steps toward independent living, our services meet young people where they are — always with safety, dignity, and family connection at the centre.

Residential Care
Stable Homes, Strong Foundations
We provide full-time residential care for young people ages 7–17 who need a safe, structured environment. Our homes are welcoming places where young people develop trust, build relationships, and work toward healing and growth. We support education, health, and wellbeing—helping each young person discover their strengths.

Independence with Support
As young people move toward independence, we offer semi-independent and supported living arrangements for ages 16–25. We teach practical life skills, support education and employment pathways, and provide ongoing guidance as they transition to adult life.

We believe family contact is vital for young people's wellbeing. We support and facilitate meaningful connections with families while maintaining safety and therapeutic progress. Family involvement is central to our approach.

Every referral starts with a conversation. Our team will talk through the young person’s needs and help identify the right level of support — whether that’s full-time residential care or a semi-independent step toward adulthood.
