All staff undergo Enhanced DBS checks and thorough background screening before employment.

Training & Development

Mandatory safeguarding training for all staff, with ongoing professional development in trauma-informed care and best practices.

Clear Policies

We maintain comprehensive policies covering safeguarding, child protection, anti-bullying, and complaints procedures—all available to families and professionals.

Transparent Communication

Regular contact with social workers, transparent reporting of concerns, and open dialogue with families.
