Frequently Asked Questions
What's it like to live here?
Our homes run on consistent, predictable routines so young people feel secure — regular mealtimes, help with school and homework, time for hobbies and activities, and calm evening routines. We aim for our homes to feel less like an institution and more like family.
How do I stay connected with my family?
Family contact is central to our approach, not an afterthought. Where it's safe to do so, we support regular phone calls, video calls, and visits, and we plan alongside families rather than around them.
What kind of support will I get?
Every young person has access to emotional support and mentoring, help with education, health and wellbeing support, and life skills development — all delivered by trauma-informed, DBS-vetted staff.
How do young people make decisions about their lives?
We listen. Young people's voices shape their own care planning, and we actively seek feedback on how we can do better. Support is done with young people, not to them.
